We do our very best to accommodate all our customers. Below are some general policies and guidelines to help us help serve you to the best of our abilities!
- Satisfaction Guaranteed
- We stand by our products. We use the best ingredients and bake in small batches to ensure the highest quality. If you are not satisfied with our product for any reason, please notify us within 24 hours. We would like the product to be returned so that we can look at the product and see where the problem took place. When the item is returned a store credit will be granted.
- Shipping Policies
- Domestic packages are shipped via UPS, FedEx & USPS.
- All bakery products are shipped by the next day after receipt of order.
- If we have a question or special need in shipping your order, we will contact you via phone or email.
- Wedding and Specialty Cake Policies:
- All orders need to be placed within 4-6 weeks of your event.
- A $100.00 dollar non-refundable deposit is required when placing your order.
- All cakes need to be paid in full 1 week before your event.
